Would you like to try new mediums, develop drawing skills and meet other people who appreciate art?
Perhaps you’ve been meaning to make time for creativity?
The mental and physical health benefits of creativity are well documented. Art is a superpower that enables a happier and healthier life for all yet in our modern world it’s not so easy to make creative time or find a place to practice it. If you understand the importance of creativity in our lives then you will benefit from allowing yourself the time for it. It’s a great way to reduce stress, anxiety, improve self confidence and have fun.
At Coopersfield you can learn a new skill or brush up on a old one.
We also plan to hold lectures from guest speakers, one -off classes in other mediums by guest teachers, exhibitions, visits to places of creative interest, social lunches and dinners and guided walks so subscribe to our creative collective so you don’t miss what’s coming up next.
On Becky….
Becky has a background in investment banking in the 80’s & 90’s before she left to qualify as a commercial & high-end residential Interior designer specialising in furniture design and colour relationships. Her contracts ranged from a wing of Lullingstone Castle to London Offices and Hotels.
Becky is mostly a self-taught artist studying and copying famous artists to build on her painting skills. A lot of her work is figurative and painted in oil on canvas. She also enjoys sculpture, ceramics and clothes-making and still gives the odd interior design consultation. Her strength is in colour mixing for interiors and art.
Becky also has over ten years experience in running art workshops in Greater London.

“She’s an insatiable creative doer, moving from craft to craft – beautiful mirrors, sculpture, drawings, paintings, sewing, upholstery, interior design, murals – infinite! An amazing eye, actually two, for quality and not forgetting crazy, Wallace & Grommit – type inventions that would make a book in themselves of silly, elaborate and almost useless solutions for everyday activities.
Her creativity is contagious and her desire to further her own art journey is an inspiration to me and those who meet her.”
